Authorities confirmed to Fox News Digital that the 41-year-old man was intoxicated when he boned Christina and her young daughter at 2:45 a.m. on Sunday, December 1.

Police said Chacin took pictures of the crash scene “instead of helping” and then drove away. That’s what the police said both victims was only minutes away from home.
