A new survey highlights the restaurant chain that provides a smile.
In-N-Out Burger has demanded the main place for the happiest employees among the American main restaurant chains.
The financial service company William Blair studied glass doors from the last 11 years, evaluating 530,000 reports with about 90 different restaurant brands, according to Nation’s Restaurant News.

The firm revealed that 91% of No-Oh employees would recommend its job to a friend.

It marks the 10th year when a fast food chain has reached the top ten to ensure the highest employees’ satisfaction.
In 2024, 86% of employees’ in-n-out employees were ready to recommend their work to others.
