Washington, DC – Donald Trump, President of the United States, has warned that the Middle East has a “mass conflict”, confirming that Israel’s attack on Iran is “possible”.

Speaking to journalists on Thursday, Trump said he would “be happy to avoid the conflict” and suggested that the US wants Israel to delay the plans to strike Iran’s nuclear all -over, while Washington and Tehran continue to talk.

“I want to reach an agreement with Iran. We are pretty close to the contract … I would give it much better,” the US president said.

“As long as I think there is an agreement, I don’t want them (Israelis) to get in, because I think it was blew – I could help it, but it could blow it.”

However, Trump said the Israeli attack “could happen very well” without specifying whether the US would participate or help in some strikes.

His comments came the day after the United States pulled out some diplomats from the region and nominated his embassy in high anxiety reports on a possible Israeli attack on Iran.

“There is a wide range of conflict,” Trump said.

“We have a lot of American people in this area. And I said, we have to say them to get them out, because soon something could happen, and I don’t want to be the one who did not warn and the rockets fly in their buildings. It’s possible.”

Later on Thursday, the US president repeated his obligations with diplomacy with Iran. “My whole administration has been asked to talk to Iran,” he wrote in social media. “They could be a great country, but first they have to completely give up their hopes of getting nuclear weapons.”

Nuclear conversations

US and Iranian officials have held several rounds of negotiations since April to reach a nuclear deal to prevent war.

The stated position of Trump is that Iran will never be allowed to get nuclear bombs.

Tehran denies the search for a nuclear weapon, but it emphasizes that it has the right to local enrichment of the uranium, the process of changing the uranium atom to produce nuclear fuel.

But US officials have suggested that Iran has to give up enrichment options to ensure that it cannot militarize its nuclear program.

Despite the obvious deadlock, the talks continued. US and Iranian officials are expected to have a sixth round of talks on Sunday.

Trump previously expressed optimism about the possibilities of reaching an agreement.

But tension in the last few days has increased.

Earlier this week, Iran announced that it had obtained a collection of secret documents as an arsenal of undeclared nuclear weapons of Israel himself.

Until Israel said publicly that it would attack Iran, the US is moving to partially evacuate its embassy in Baghdad and lure staff from diplomatic positions on Wednesday throughout the Middle East, raising fears that violence could be highlighted.

In addition, the United Nations Nuclear Cover (IAEA) adopted a resolution nominated by the United States, the United Kingdom, France and Germany, who accused Iran of non -compliance with its nuclear obligations.

Tehran forcibly rejected the event by accusing Washington and its allies to use the international structure politically.

During the first term, 2018, Trump fired a joint comprehensive action plan (JCPOA), in which Iran’s scale supported his nuclear program in exchange for the lifting of international sanctions against its economy.

Since then, the US has been sanctioned by Iran. Tehran has responded by increasing its nuclear program.

Iran warns of “aggression”

At the beginning of the second term, Trump signed an executive to reinforce sanctions against Iran to be fascinated by the country’s oil exports, especially for China. But the US president has repeatedly emphasized that he did not want war.

For more than 20 years, Israel claims Iran to have a nuclear weapon.

In recent months, Israel’s officials have suggested seeing a suitable moment on strike Iran, after Tehran’s regional allies have suffered last year, including the fall of former Syrian President Bashar al-Asada and the weakening of Hezbollah in Lebanon.

“Israel has never been stronger, and the Iranian terror axis has never been weaker,” said Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in February.

Iran has warned that it will be harshly retaliation against any Israeli attack.

“Iran is currently at the highest level of military readiness, and if the United States or Zionist regime attempts are any acts of aggression, they will be surprised,” said an Nevidified Iranian official Press TV Thursday.

It is unclear whether Israel has the military power to destroy Iran’s nuclear weapons built deep underground and in the mountains, without direct US engagement – billions of dollars of military assistance that the US gives every year to Israel.

Since the beginning of the war in Gaza, Iran and Israel have exchanged several attacks in October 2023.
